Halle Hamilton, a sophomore at the Air Force Academy, secured seventh place in the Mountain West Conference women's cross country championship race at the Jacoby Golf Course in Laramie, Wyoming. Hamilton covered the 6-kilometer layout in 20:06.9 to help the Falcons take sixth overall with 135 points. Hamilton improved from a 15th-place performance last year at the conference final in Albuquerque, N.M.
