With the fourth-highest pentathlon total in Academy history, Air Force freshman Alexa Chacon kicked off the Mountain West Indoor Track and Field Championships with a new Freshman Class Record. On Thursday (Feb. 27), the opening day of conference action at the Academy's Cadet Field House, Chacon finished 10th with 3,344 points.
